Introduction

7. Governing Law: This document shall be governed by and construed by the laws of California.
Payment Policy
At Gonzalez Registration Services, we strive for customer convenience and provide additional guidance and details on the types of payment we accept for our products and services.
1. Checks: We may accept personal and company checks only for our service fees. This policy does not apply to payments that require certified funds, such as registration fees and other items relevant to a given dollar amount, at the company’s sole discretion. Please note that checks may take longer to process and clear and that some banks may have limitations on the amount you write on a check. Checks returned for Insufficient Funds, also known as NSF, will incur a $50 penalty according to our posted company policy. Returned payments due to NSF will prohibit this payment method.
2. Credit or Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards for transactions of any amount. However, please note that a 2% surcharge applies to card payments. Certain credit card companies may also have limitations on the amount that you may charge to your card. Additional verification and prior written authorization are required for card-not-present transactions and may incur additional fees. You should review all details and options provided for your transaction before selecting a payment method.
3. Cash: We accept cash payments up to $10,000 for additional convenience.
4. Zelle©: We accept payments via Zelle© for transactions up to the monthly limit set by our financial institution. Please note that Zelle© has monthly deposit limits and security features, and your financial institution may have different limits. It is essential to check with your financial institution before submitting any payment to determine if there are limitations to using Zelle© to pay for your transaction. We must be able to associate the name of the payor and dollar amount to verify the transaction. Please get in touch with us for details about this payment method.
5. Wire Transfer: We accept wire transfers for transactions over $500. Please note that additional fees may be associated with wire transfers and that some financial institutions may have limitations on the amount you transfer. Wire transfers may take longer to process and clear each financial institution involved. We reserve the right to require an alternate form of payment depending on the timing of such transactions. Note: Subscription services will only be processed using a credit or debit card.

Disclosures
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or terminate your account under certain circumstances necessary for ethical, moral, or legal reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where we believe you have violated our terms and conditions, any applicable laws or regulations, or engaged in conduct that is detrimental to our services or users.
Such conduct may include non-payment, fraudulent activity, misuse of our services, or harmful, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward others. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment, making false or defamatory claims, using offensive or abusive language, or threatening other users or our staff. Please be aware that engaging in these prohibited behaviors may result in legal action.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a service request for a refund, we will not refund any non-refundable fees associated with purchasing that service. Please review the terms and conditions of our refund policy carefully before buying to ensure you understand which fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Specific fees, such as registration fees, license fees, or tax payments provided to the company due with an applicable service request, are refundable, provided they have yet to be paid to the corresponding federal or state governing agency.
Service, application, and administrative fees are non-refundable. These fees cover our costs for processing your application or registration. They are not refundable even if the appropriate agency does not approve your application or the registration is canceled or withdrawn.
Binding Arbitration
Our company is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. All disputes arising out of or concerning this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through our internal dispute resolution process, it will be settled by an independent arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding on both parties. By accepting our terms, you waive your right to have these disputes resolved in a court of law by a judge or jury.
